Cami Kinnoin
Cami has been teaching piano for a total of 8 years. She started her piano studies at the age of eight and has been playing for the last 21 years. Under the direction of her high school piano teacher, Cami took on a few young piano students and loved it! This experience helped her realize her potential as a teacher and after graduating high school she continued pursuing music and attended Vanguard University of Southern California as a music education major. While earning her degree she worked for the Irvine Unified School District as a music instructional assistant and as a result gained several private piano students. While in college she also had the opportunity to travel with a small ensemble as their keyboardist and perform in Portugal, Holland and New York City at Carnegie Hall.
In 2002 she completed her BA in Music Education and moved back to her hometown in Northern California to teach. Cami slowly built her piano studio over a 5-year period before deciding to join the teaching staff at RPA Studios. She is very excited to be here and looks forward to gaining new students! She teaches all ages, experience levels, and genres. In addition to teaching at RPA she also teaches in Folsom at Folsom Piano Academy. Cami is at RPA on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
